Technical + Soft Skills
Technical training is simply not enough in today’s competitive market. A person should be able to face the interview quite confidently. As a matter of fact, the first round is always meant to check the emotional intelligence of a candidate by the HR. We, at SKJobseeders, understands this quite well and thus keep them positive and boosted during their study time, which works wonder for them when they face such interviews. For this reason, we impart a separate session for imparting soft skills training and language correction course to cross any hurdles they might face in the first round.
With the support and guidance of our mentors and industry experienced trainers, we organize mock interviews for our students so that they get a feel of the real time scenarios and can understand their weaknesses and nervous points. The mock interviews may include HR round, technical round, written tests, and management round with complete evaluation of the technical, behaviour, as well as communication skills of the candidate.
As our training program already includes a live project, we help the candidate evaluate their newly acquired skills for any interview on go-live scenarios. This helps our student to experience the real-time environment or a simulator view of the interview sessions to be taken by a project manager or a technical supervisor.
